Well, we had to join in on the fun!
Hey there! I've so enjoyed watching Ms. Taylor Moberg grow into such a healthy little baby and checking on the Fuchs family that I thought maybe I should create a site as well. That way, when we can't be near those we love and miss we can still share what's going on. So, here goes.....
A quick (sort of) update on us:
Tim just turned 7 and is in First Grade. He loves it! He is a laid back, friendly kid who loves his friends. He just joined Cub Scouts and will soon start another soccer season. He loves to draw robots and action figures. He is learning, from Alex, how to play the drums. They have a lesson every night.
Emmy is 4 1/2 and very strong willed. I'm serious. Really. She is in Pre-K at the same school she attended Preschool. She loves school so much that when I come to pick her up she gets mad at me. She still loves to dress up as a princess and just today wore a princess dress to school. I choose my battles. At this point she thinks she runs the place but we're working on it. Oh, and the other day we were at the doctor's office. I was talking to the doctor and Emmy was sitting quietly and coloring. All of a sudden she looks at the doctor and says, "Jesus died on the cross for your sins." In the next sentence she says, "I'm getting tired of you mom" So, yeah, that pretty much sums up Emmy, or, as she calls herself, "Ema - limb grace"
Alex is still working for DHL. He is doing well there. He plays drums and bass with our church band. Sometimes he bikes the trails around here. In his very spare time he plays with the kids, does the laundry (yes, isn't he amazing?) and is addicted to Sudoku. As most of you know, he got baptized on his birthday, June 25th, 2006.
Silly picture but I like to see pictures of people so I'm assuming the same about everyone else. Oh well! Here it is anyways!
Me... I work for LA Fitness. I teach group exercise classes and am now the Group Exercise Coordinator. I LOVE my job! I love getting paid to workout, it's very motivating! In between that, I take care of two additional kids besides my own after school everyday. It can get a little chaotic but we're doing okay. Let's see... other than that I will be working with the High School Girl's youth group. I'm so excited for that! I also, after taking a break from singing, will be singing with our church band again. I think that's all for now. I hope you check back often and leave a comment every now and again telling us how you're doing!
